  1. Thank you for your wonderful list. It underscored the information from your writers’ panel at ICon, and I sent it on to the fellow writers in my writers’ group as a shining example, as they don’t quite understand just how slow and aggravating the publishing business can be. And just how much caffeine do you drink a day?….
