I had a wonderful time at New York Comic-Con last year, a whirlwind visit for one-day to hawk the just-released DC Comics Super-Heroines: 100 Greatest Moments. I delighted in meeting Leeann Moreau, the indefatigable editorial guru who made sure all the books in the series looked great while still coming out on time.
We sold some books, I signed some books, I met some fans. It was a blast.
So, I got invited back since this week’s release of Batman: 100 Greatest Moments couldn’t come at a better time. I will be at booth 2359, Quarto Publishing, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4 p.m.-6 p.m. This time, the treat will be for me to meet Michelle Faulkner, my erstwhile publisher, who has been incredibly patient with me for nearly two years now.
For that two-hour gap, I will be speed-walking artist’s alley and the show floor, accompanied by my good friend, Kevin Dilmore, in town to work the colorful, and always packed Hallmark booth.
If you’re at the show on Saturday, please stop by for a hello.
